The car itself was clean and reliable and got us where we needed to go, pickup and drop off instructions were easy to follow, and communication was clear. The only issue we had was with the whole infotainment system not working - we were unable to connect our phones via Bluetooth or USB and the touchscreen was completely unresponsive the whole trip, so we were not able to listen to music or get audio driving directions. When we first got to the car at the airport we reached out to the fleet management company about this issue and were offered an alternative vehicle, but the alternative was an older vehicle and would delay us from getting to our destination by a few hours so we decided to keep this one and get on our way. Overall, the car did what it needed to for us for a reasonable price.
