Everything went smoothly. Car is fine. Basic model with no frills, but it didn’t bother me. Pick up and drop off was fine. Just check to make sure insurance documents are in the glove compartment
Probably too small for five adults. 2 adults and 2 kids were perfect. A third kid joined the trip for a bit and it was cozy in the back seat.
Communication with host was excellent.
