The quality of the car was really good and the host was very cooperative. The host was easy to communicate with. I enjoyed the car very much. I drove the car very smoothly, there were no problems with anything. Everything I received was clean. What I liked the most was that whenever I tried to contact the host, he responded immediately.

The car is as advertised - we own a GLS, so this was familiar and perfect. I thought it was smoother than our own. We were here for our daughter’s wedding, and the car fit 9 checked in bags and 5 carryons, plus two people. The highlight was Mizan - she saved me twice, pointing out errors in my reservation. She paid attention to the wedding schedule and checked in with me about a mismatch in my reservation vs the wedding schedule! Without her attention to detail, I would surely have been kicked out of my family! Above and beyond!

Car would not start. Service was overdue by 400 days and the tires were cracked. I was scared to drive it and put my family in it as the cracks in the tires were huge and deep. The car was also delivered extremely dirty.
It was so unsafe that I had the host pick it up as I was scared that everyone would die in the car god forbid. Worst host and worst car I’ve rented from Turo.
