Great communication the whole trip.
Easy to book. Basic interior with the CX-9. Some dings and scratches on the outside, but nothing that would impede driving. Interior was very clean.
We had one issue with the vehicle not starting the first evening. Sometimes sluggish to start thereafter but not all the time.
Host was great and said they'd replace battery if needed during our trip if it continued to cause any problems.
We used it for just over a week, with our family of 6's vacation, and it worked well for what we required.
If you had large checked baggage and required the use of the 3rd row, it would be very tight in the trunk for space. For us, it worked well with just personal items from our flight. With the 3rd row down, excellent space.

Wonderful host, flexible and gave us a great car for our vacation. We took it from Calgary to Lake Louise for our Banff vacation with 2 kids and 3 adults. We wanted for nothing. Thank you!
