The car is a wonderful car being 11 years old. Really nice. Well maintained.
My disappointing review stems from the host. This host has many cars (42) and there are 6 cohosts. Unfortunately this is what Turo largely is now are businesses instead of individuals. I asked if I could get some leeway on my return since I wanted to return 3-4 hours later and not be charged a full day. One of the hosts told me to change the trip time which I knew would charge me a full day. They offered a small discount which reduced the price by maybe $20. I’m a host in Philly. I only have 3 cars and I always help out my guests with this thing. They didn’t care. They also told me they’d charge me a fee for parking on return if I didn’t return it during their window they’d be there to receive or if I returned early which is absolutely against Turo policy to charge guests for parking fees on return. Guests probably just read their automated message and accept it. Overall disappointed but the car was great. Maybe they will try to be more accommodating to their guests.
