I had booked another car from the same host (2015 Dodge Grand Caravan) and literally 5 minutes before my scheduled pickup, they cancelled without ANY explanation. I had to ask them several times to explain why, then they explained and offered no compensation or anything else except told me "rent another vehicle". I was forced to book this car (costs more than the original one) for a few days and then had to figure out what to do for the rest of my trip. I got this car over 2.5 hours later than if the original car was supposed to be picked up.
Nothing offered for help, alternatives, didn't even offer to give me this car I had to book as a replacement granting the original price of my cancelled listing.
It's probably just bad luck that the original car had an issue, but don't just cancel 5 minutes before my pickup, say nothing, and when you finally say "Oh yeah there was an issue with the car, you can't have it anymore" just leave me stranded.
Will gladly NOT book with them again.
