Really appreciate the kind words, Alireza! It was a pleasure having you as our guest. Thanks again for choosing us! 😊
Absolutely horrendous experience with Epic Cars! Hired the vehicle and while sitting at the border to cross into America we found what can only be described as a very dangerous weapon which was an extremely large Chinese butcher knife situated within the compartment in the drivers door pocket compartment. After contacting the hosts with how serious this matter was all we got was an apology which quite frankly doesn’t cut it. The consequences could have been shocking for us all. We are from the UK and this results in getting charged and thrown into jail! They also falsified a chip in the windscreen along with charging a lot extra because the fuel gauge was only slightly down one bar from when we picked it up. I would not recommend using this company. Unfortunately it doesn’t let me upload a photo of the knife’s size for all to see.

We’re sorry you feel this way. We take safety and guest concerns very seriously. However, several statements in this review are inconsistent with the documented trip records and supporting evidence, including the vehicle condition and post-trip charges, which were handled in accordance with Turo’s policies. We remain committed to providing a safe, clean and transparent experience for every guest.
Lei was a great host. Range Rover was clean and as advertised.
