This SUV was perfect for our family of 4 and fit all our luggage as well as ski rentals. Sam was wonderful to work with, responsive, punctual and made the drop off and pick up a breeze. He provided detailed instructions with pictures as to where we would meet him at the airport since we had not been to Calgary before. Renting from a PRIVATE party like Sam is SO MUCH BETTER than renting from the big rental companies, as the car was in better condition, no waiting in long lines, and no laundry list of forms to fill out. 5 stars ⭐️!!!
