Had such a great experience!! The car was exactly what we needed for our vacation.
Pickup process was easy. They dropped it off at the airport, left the ticket inside the car so I could pay to get it out and then refunded me the cost of the ticket after the trip was completed!
The car itself was clean and was the perfect size for just the two of us. I would say maybe one more person with luggage would be able to fit as large suitcases meant the back seats had to be partially folded down. So I wouldn’t use more than 3 people with the Jeep Patriot.
The engine oil light did flash after a day of driving but I think it just needed a change. (Didn’t affect the drive at all) Thank you Midas Rental for always communicating and making this such a wonderful experience 🙏🏼 I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I come back to Calgary!

Everything was great. The car is nice and solid. Pick up and drop off steps were easy. And also it was easy to communicate with them. They were always responsive.

Turo however is not very flexible
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
Refuel the vehicle
Missing fuel may result in an additional fee
