The vehicle was great. It got me where I needed to go safely and comfortably. The only thing was the road noise from the winter tires. Other than that, great car. I would rent again.

Our host -Phil -was awesome & super friendly. Car was great for scooting around the city (could use some winter tires for the snowy months) but great car, super clean and worked perfect over the holiday season. I’m Lots of room for hauling stuff too. Will book again.

The car pickup at the airport was arranged through a valet parking service called Park2Go. I was quite confused when I had to pay more than $40 in parking fees upon departure. There was no clear information about this cost when I decided to rent the car. (If it was mentioned somewhere, I apologize—but I don’t think it was written in a clear or noticeable way.)
If I had known in advance that I’d need to pay this $40 fee, I might have chosen a different car. I had no complaints about the car itself, but the overall experience left me feeling quite frustrated and uneasy.
