The worst experience I could've possibly had. My pick up location was changed while I was on my flight and required me to spend on uber to a pick up location instead of pick up at the airport as mentioned months prior. Additionally the car came with low tire pressure, which I didn't mind adding at first but ended up having to add air 7 times. When I messaged him he acted surprised and told me to take it to a tire shop to get it patched. Based on our conversation, he clearly knew there was an issue with that tire prior to giving me the rental. I would've appreciated some transparency. In my opinion you're better off going through Hertz or a more trusted host.

The pickup location was accurate and unchanged from your booking details. Regarding the vehicle, it received full dealer servicing under two weeks ago and was in excellent condition.
While flat tires or slow leaks can happen unexpectedly on the road, I immediately messaged you a safe solution to visit a nearby shop, but received no reply. I take pride in host reliability and regret that this trip fell short.
