We had a wonderful experience renting from Karla for our Banff trip! From the beginning, Karla was incredibly nice, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. She was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole rental process smooth and stress-free.
The car was perfect for our trip and made exploring Banff so enjoyable. Karla’s friendly attitude and excellent communication really made the experience even better.
We truly appreciated her hospitality and would definitely rent from Karla again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great Turo host! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hyundai Tuscan 2022 was delivered to us 45 minutes late, it came with a full tank of gas as it should be, however the quality and efficiency of that gas was so bad the car barely drove 300km when it should make 600-800km! The company claimed they will check with the car owner and that they can't verify the provided fuel efficiency, further more the gps screen turned off multiple times while driving and couldn't get it connected to my phone network again !! I hope Cadence and Karla check all these concerns with owner, the communication otherwise was great.
