Great experience from start to finish. The CR-V was exactly what we needed for our family trip through Banff and the Rockies — comfortable, practical, and reliable throughout the week. Pickup and drop-off were very convenient, and communication with the host was excellent.
We unfortunately had another vehicle hit the CR-V while it was parked near the end of our trip, and the host was extremely understanding and helpful in guiding us through the Turo reporting process, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone visiting the Calgary/Banff area.
