Car drove well and was fine for the trip, but has havily sprayed with cologne that got into clothes and jackets that smelled for the entire trip. Also charged cleaning fee for dirt on exterior of the car from normal winter driving in Canada that could be cleaned with a car wash.

However, I respectfully disagree with several points mentioned in your review, regarding the condition of the vehicle. The vehicle was thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and prepared prior to your pickup. At the time of handover, no issues were raised. If there had been any concerns about cleanliness or the vehicle’s condition, We are always responsive and committed to addressing any legitimate concerns during a trip.
