I had an excellent experience renting this car. The vehicle was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, making it very comfortable to drive. The owner was friendly, easy to communicate with, and responsive throughout the rental process. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to others.

The host was great, pick up location is easy to find. The car is clean and reliable, there’s just one hiccup that’s so easy to solve. Turn off the car for 15mins and turn it on. That’s it!

This car gas meter it’s not accurate so that you could mislead easily especially for first few lines are unstable. I got less gas than full, I full the gas tang and drive 6/8km and gas goes 3 line less. I got 28$ charges for that. This was my 1st rental from Turo so that I had some confusion like it was showing me to pick up location calgary airport or within 50km, after rented he decided without extra money I accepted when I understood the issue but same time he was telling me to cancel the booking because I booked for 2days which is not worth fir him. I feel very awkward moment I planned and booked car for that but he is unprofessionally said to cancel booking because it’s not for long.
You booked the trip to pick-up from my location then asked to have it delivered to the airport for free. I said you would have to modify the trip for airport, get an Uber, or cancel the trip if that didn't work for you. I had the gas full and the gas guage is in 1/16 increments, which I explained to you. You returned the vehicle with significantly less gas which is why Turo authorized the gas fee. There are before and after pictures showing the gas level and the kilometers on the vehicle.
