Pick up and drop off was smooth. Advice to anyone who’s renting this car not to get it if it’s rainy conditions as the floor of the passenger seat leaks and we had to empty out the water 2 mornings in a row. We received the car with a cracked windshield and passenger side window.
Hi, you didn’t mention when dropping off the car that you dealt with water ingress or issues with the windshield. I had told you earlier that a previous guest caused a chip crack, and you could cancel if you didn’t want to proceed. Your review just after this was unnecessary because I had to issue the refuelling invoice because you drop off the car with Less than half tank of gas.

The car was in great condition and the host was very accommodating and communicated effectively at both pick-up and drop-off points. Overall a great trip and experience with the car and host

Trip and host were good but parking wasn't very clear
Hi, thank you for your feedback. I provided very clear instructions, including parking pictures, and also sent you a detailed message about where to exit the airport for easy access to the car park. When you dropped off the car, you gave me unclear instructions, and despite parking in a different spot and providing incorrect information, I had to spend 45 minutes locating the car. I also paid $30 to exit the parking, even though I clearly advised you to meet me at any departure level.
