First, the vehicle. Absolutely pristine! Clean, new snow tires, heavy duty all weather mats, fully loaded. The added ski box made our trip with 4 adults and two small children easy and convenient. We used the ski box as our ski locker all week and couldn’t have been easier. The truck was a beast in the snow. We had snow throughout our stay in Banff and the truck was solid as a rock
Our host was not only easy to deal with, but extremely helpful, even loading our luggage upon arrival. Communication was clear and efficient.
