Trip was good, car was good just not what we expected. It wasn’t optioned well, and seating smaller than we expected. Windshield was so small for such a large vehicle.

The Bronco is designed as a rugged, off-road-oriented SUV rather than a luxury vehicle, so its upright seating, distinctive windshield, and overall layout are quite different from a conventional luxury SUVs. Most guests who specifically choose a Bronco are generally familiar with these characteristics, as they are part of its iconic design. We understand it may not suit everyone’s expectations and appreciate the feedback.
This was a seamless process. The host was amazing and willing to meet us at both pickup and drop off points. He was flexible and accommodating. Clear communication and very clean car. The bronco drove great with zero issues. Made our trip to banff that much better!
