Nick was very kind and the dodge journey fit our needs perfectly during our trip.
Nick was nice to pick us up from the airport, and is evidently accustomed to the area which is super helpful when arriving somewhere new.
Nick’s communication was good, but at times a bit overbearing. We made a conscious effort to keep him updated about when we were on route to the drop off area, which was a lengthy and tiring drive for us. He made sure to provide us the address and instructions a few too many times via text and called us during our drive with reminders of this, as well. To note, we were dropping off before the checkout which he knew we would from a previous conversation, so we gave him no reason to be worried or reach out excessively. I recognize that this is his business and he has likely experienced problems in the past with inconsiderate renters, but the consistent reminders can feel incessant to stressed, tired travellers.
