The vehicle was clean and in good shape. It was not as big as I expected so rent the Yukon XL if you need a lot of space for luggage. One thing that was disappointing is that the box on the top is not actually big enough to carry skis - at least not our family’s. They might work for some shorter skis, but my 184s would not fit - not even close. So our skis had to go inside with us, which was a bit of a drag.
As the last review mentioned, be sure to document condition very well. There was a small but still clear attempt to pin the windshield crack that the last renter talks about in his review on me.

Pick up and drop off were easy and the host was very nice and flexible. The car was exactly as expected clean and without any issues. Will not use again as the host tried to charge me for a tiny chip (literally millimeters) / not a crack, in the windshield that thankfully my pre-inspection 4k video was able to just barely see it. Despite this the host asked several times for me to just accept and sign for a $50 charge. I would not feel comfortable using again because of this. Take very good pictures. Was otherwise as advertised.
Firstly, we prefer the face to face for the check out, that more simple and clear for us. But you didn’t show up.
Secondly, we just generally to like the guest to know if the dents or cracks happened how much will be charge.
Third, when we discussed we didn’t send the invoice to you.
Lastly, we are following your book schedule even you did some changes, and we still response your time and location. If you show up to the lobby and we go through together I think that won’t be happened.

The car was great - we were in snowy conditions and it handled the roads no problem. The communication with the host was efficient and easy.
