Chelsea is a wonderful host and her car was perfect for our family vacation to Banff, Lake Louise and the ice fields. We did lots of hiking and the four of us had loads of gear. The Cadillac had so much room for all of our stuff and four adults travelled in style and luxury. When I asked about a cooler option, Chelsea provided one at no charge. Pick up and drop off were super easy. Chelsea is an excellent communicator and such a nice person to interact with. I would give her 10 stars if I could!!

Very poor service as the passenger seat of the car was wet with cleaning products. Chelsey admitted over the phone that he was carrying cleaning products on passenger seats and they leaked. The dashboard was covered with dust and stinky. Car was dropped off earlier than checkout time. Amount deducted from refundable deposit with out any explanation. DO NOT BOOK and always check the car interior/exterior before checking in.

Chelsey was a great host! The Escalade was beautiful and perfect for our family to visit Banff, Yoho, and Jasper National Parks. They had great communication with us throughout the trip and it was a super easy delivery and drop-off of the vehicle. We would definitely rent from them again!
