4.6 stars is such a disservice. I will give them 6 stars if I can. Clean truck inside and out. Truck is like a spaceship. Seated comfortably 6 adults with 5 regular sized luggages. More importantly hosts Chelsey and husband are such great people, very attentive, very accommodating, kind and we’re sure a joy to deal with. It truly felt like we were dealing with family. For 4 days, our spaceship took us to see Moraine Lake, lake Louise, Emerald Lake, takakkaw falls, Peyto lake, bow lake, crowfoot glacier, and many more. The cancellation of my first 2 truck reservations by the hosts was a blessing in disguise. Will highly recommend Chelsey and their truck and will surely deal with them again to finish our tour of the Icefields parkway hopefully in the near future.

Chelsea is a wonderful host and her car was perfect for our family vacation to Banff, Lake Louise and the ice fields. We did lots of hiking and the four of us had loads of gear. The Cadillac had so much room for all of our stuff and four adults travelled in style and luxury. When I asked about a cooler option, Chelsea provided one at no charge. Pick up and drop off were super easy. Chelsea is an excellent communicator and such a nice person to interact with. I would give her 10 stars if I could!!

Very poor service as the passenger seat of the car was wet with cleaning products. Chelsey admitted over the phone that he was carrying cleaning products on passenger seats and they leaked. The dashboard was covered with dust and stinky. Car was dropped off earlier than checkout time. Amount deducted from refundable deposit with out any explanation. DO NOT BOOK and always check the car interior/exterior before checking in.

Renter claimed the passenger seat had ruined his pants. I asked to meet to verify and pay for damages. Renter never wanted to meet or showed any proof just wanted compensation. Everything was documented via Turo
Renter brought vehicle back dirty with garbage all over and less than half tank of gas and was charged fuel fee which they agreed upon. Everything was documented via Turo
If flights are early or delayed I accomodate with the guests directly

Chelsey was a great host! The Escalade was beautiful and perfect for our family to visit Banff, Yoho, and Jasper National Parks. They had great communication with us throughout the trip and it was a super easy delivery and drop-off of the vehicle. We would definitely rent from them again!
