This SUV is spacious inside the cabin, the seats are comfortable for long-distance drive. The engine and transmission are in good condition and the throttle response is sharp.
However, as an Audi, there are various design and reliability issues. First, the LED for the rear seat climate control does not work properly and the temperature numbers on the left side are not fully displayed. Second, the plastic pieces that are responsible for the open/close of the flip-down compartment with 2x12V connections under the rear seat climate controls are likely worn-out. The flip-down compartment was opened easily when the foot touched it, but could be closed for the first few times when this happened. Unfortunately, near the end of the trip, the plastic pieces for the locking/unlocking mechanism likely failed and the compartment fell off completely. There is online discussion about this issue on the forum for Audi owners and a video on Youtube to show how to install it back.
The passengers on the rear seats are not mechanics and did not report these issues the first time they encountered them.
There is an ongoing dispute about if the renter should be responsible for these electrical and mechanical failures.
Lessons learned: avoid old Audi and Volkswagen vehicles when you are looking for renting a car on Turo. They are simply unreliable.

Thank you for your feedback; I will do my best to address the issues you mentioned. However, the rear-seat controls were indeed damaged by your son kicking them, and the fact remains that I need to have them repaired. I can understand for your mood. But a lot of inside of part was broken .

We had an excellent experience with this Turo rental. The car was in excellent condition, clean, well-maintained, and drove very smoothly throughout our trip. It was reliable and made our journey comfortable.
The owner was very supportive, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Pickup and drop-off were both timely and hassle-free, making the entire rental process seamless.

The pick-up and drop-off process was smooth and hassle-free and the host was kind enough to help with airport pick-up and drop-off as well, which made the entire experience even more convenient.
