I’m visiting from Taiwan, and renting Mike’s car made my first Turo experience such a great one!
The car was very clean and in excellent condition. It also had a phone holder, which made navigation super convenient, and Bluetooth so we could easily play music during the drive. I especially loved the panoramic sunroof on the Q5. While we were in Banff, we found a quiet spot where we could sit comfortably inside the car and look up at the stars through the sunroof — it was such a memorable experience.
The instructions for both picking up and returning the car were very clear and easy to follow. As long as you follow Google Maps, you should have no trouble finding the location. Mike also stayed in great communication with us throughout the rental.
Most importantly, Mike was an amazing host. He always responded quickly whenever I had questions, which made the entire trip feel very easy, relaxing, and stress-free.
I would definitely recommend renting from Mike, and I’d be happy to rent from him again in the future!
