Excellent to deal with!

The car was very expensive and very tired -319,000kms, rough exterior, many codes and alarms. Needs to be retired. Also frustrating to wait for pick up and drop off on return. No more Turo for me.

Sir, your scheduled return time was 6:00 AM, but you told us you would return the vehicle at 4:45 AM, and we met at the airport at 4:43 AM. How long did you actually have to wait? No one is expected to stay awake all night waiting for a message. every rental company has procedures and waiting times. You received the service according to what you paid for. Turo send you $50 parking fee even though you didn't pay anything. You are unfortunately not the kind of guest we consider a valued guest.
Vehicle needs new windshield wipers.
