Great experience. Manoj was very responsive and made the pickup/drop-off very seamless. Would rent again.

The vehicle was very fuel efficient and drove smoothly, which I appreciated. However, I was quite disappointed with the condition it was in when I picked it up. It was very dirty both inside and out, and the gas level was only at about 1/8 tank instead of the usual full tank. I expected the car to be clean and ready for use, so this was a letdown. Hope this can be improved for future renters.
