This was an excellent Turo experience. The host was very professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire trip.
During our rental, the key battery died unexpectedly, but the host responded immediately and resolved the issue very quickly, which we really appreciated. On the return day, our flight was canceled and our plans changed, and the host was extremely understanding and flexible. He kindly agreed to meet us at a different return location based on our new situation, which helped us tremendously.
We are very grateful for his support and professionalism. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free despite the unexpected issues. I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone. 5 stars all the way!
