Teodoro is an amazing car renter! He was always quick to respond and very supportive. Even when we lost a key, he gave us a 2nd one (found it back luckily, so all good). I can highly recommend booking with him, the car brought us safe through the Canadian winter!

The quality of the vehicle was good. It was what I needed. It did have a wiper issue but the lender was quick and ready to help. He actually drove home to remedy the issue. The hand off as terrible. Both on the pick and drop off. The host’s wife asked for my licence and then took a photo of it. That’s a first for me.Never had that happen before. It would’ve been better to have a key available for easy pickup and drop off instead of waiting around for someone to come. So in the end, vehicle was good but I probably wouldn’t rent this one again.

The car is in great condition. Theodore was very helpful and made the whole rental experience smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend renting from him!
