Quality should be decent since the host cancelled my trip on the spot. I was left stranded without a car.
Showing up on a trip without having physical verification ID and being late, is not acceptable under the rule. Be appreciative that I approved and requested a full refund to turo. You don't deserve that for your mistakes very honestly.
