Grand was such an amazing host! My flight was delayed twice and he was able to accommodate for my time. As well as for returning the car, he was able to pick it up earlier than expected. Great communication and lots of useful photos to make it easier to pick up/drop off. Will book again with him if ever in Vancouver!
