The pick up instruction was good but it took a little while to get call back for the lock combo. The rest of the experience was pleasant. The return was a breeze. I recommend the host

I had a great experience renting this 2024 Mazda CX-5 on Turo. The car drove very smoothly and was impressively fuel-efficient, which made it perfect for my trip. Great family vehicle? Comfortably fits two car seats, 2 large (32”) luggage, stroller, diaper bags and a tote of toys.
One small thing to note—the window tint was a bit challenging for me when driving at night, but that’s more of a personal preference than a real issue. The windshield wipers could also use a replacement soon. Aside from those very minor points, I had absolutely no complaints about the vehicle.
The owner was very open and honest throughout the process. There was no in-person interaction, the communication was clear and consistent, making everything easy and stress-free.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend renting this car!
