Incredible trip! I extended 3 times, it was such a good car to drive. Extremely luxurious, and immaculately maintained. Plush, oversized, massaging seats, with lots of space and power to match. Drove like a cloud and ripped right through the winter blizzards. Host was incredibly friendly and a pleasure to work with. I hope I’m able to rent this again soon

The car itself drove well, but the hosting experience fell far below the standard I’ve had with other luxury rentals on Turo.
– The host arrived late for both pickup and drop-off, though he did agree to meet 10 minutes from the original location.
– Interior was not properly cleaned upon pickup (rear footwell debris, aftermarket cloth mat, and a musty smell that required an air freshener).
– Massage seats did not work for the entire two-week rental, and when I asked about it the host dismissed the issue.
– At return, the car was at a full tank, yet the host immediately drove to the nearest gas station to “top up” and attempted to charge me anyway.
– After the trip, the host filed a cosmetic damage claim that Turo later dismissed due to lack of evidence.
I recommend taking comprehensive photos/videos at pickup and drop-off. The car performed well, but the overall hosting experience was not aligned with the level of professionalism I’ve consistently experienced on Turo.

- Alex drove my car very badly
- He filled the tank in Toronto and drove the car to Etobicoke. Tank was 10 litres less.
- Moreover there were so many scratches on the car and bumper was hit somewhere when I got the car back.
- It was my bad luck that I trusted him with my car and haven't took much photos and he left without paying the damages.
- Everyone was happy with the car till now and this guest is putting bad reviews coz i filed a claim for the damages he did.
Absolutely one of the best experiences I have ever had on the Turo app. Flawless communication. Very convenient. The host met me at arrivals at the airport and I was able to get right in and drive away. Amazing. The car was exactly as described and was perfect. Recommended without reservation.
