The host was polite and communication was generally respectful, so I appreciate that. However, the experience was disappointing overall due to repeated electrical issues with the vehicle, which eventually made the trip stressful and unreliable. Roadside assistance access was also denied initially, and support only happened the next day, which created additional inconvenience.
I also had confusion regarding the fuel charge and reimbursement/voucher process, which took time to resolve and was frustrating on the customer side.
I’m not trying to be unfair or disrespectful — just honest. The host was courteous, but the vehicle condition and handling of the situation did not meet the standard I expected for the reservation.
