The car owner, Norman, is an extremely polite and reliable person. The inside of the car was slightly untidy and there was a noticeable smell, but it appeared to have been caused by the previous user. As a result, we needed to clean it up ourselves before setting off. We experienced some trouble during the rental period, but Norman addressed the situation with great sincerity and integrity. Thank you so very much.
