Pick up and drop off was good! Issue was with the car, as it was in an accident prior to me getting the vehicle.
Thanks for the feedback. Just wanted to clarify that the dent was not an accident, it was a dent due to sliding of door with garage gate. I believe it doesn’t cause any safety issues as the door closes properly and is not heavily damaged. Thanks for expressing the concern though

The car was perfect for our recent trip to Edmonton. Pickup and drop off was smooth and easy and the car ran great and was clean (and appreciated the head's up/transparency on pre-existing damage that occurred right before my trip). Would definitely rent again and highly recommend.

Had a great experience renting this vehicle. The host was very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. The car was exactly as described, drove smoothly. Pickup and drop-off were convenient and hassle-free. I would definitely rent from this host again!
