Unfortunately the car was filthy inside and out. There was only a quarter tank of gas in the vehicle.
When I spoke with Lin, he informed me, that the vehicle was returned late by the previous renter and Lin did not clean the vehicle.
Very disappointing experience.

It was raining heavily when you picked up the car, so the exterior was not dirty as claimed. The interior only had normal winter salt residue from the previous guest returning the car the day before, which cannot be fully cleaned in one day.
You also arrived 3 hours late and were very unfriendly, yet still expected me to provide a USB cable. Your review is unfair and inaccurate
