Improper charges. Wanted a new windshield over a rock chip
I'm very disappointed in how you handled & returned my vehicle, you returned the Vehicle 2 hours Early than scheduled without Notice, Parked in a reverse direction to hid the cracked windshield, drop off the Keys and quickly tried to flee without doing any inspection. You are very dishonest & Lack Integrity, this isn't how you treat someone's Property.
The large crack on the windshield is far beyond what could be fixed .
You're By far the WORST Guest I've had & will warn everyone to STAYAWAY
