Trip itself was great, host was quite rude and quick to assume before actually checking to verify whether or not car had been returned. My phone got water damaged and I couldn't get it to hold a charge so was unable to check out when I returned it 15 min early. When I turned my phone on I was met with threats and a rude demeanor when if she simply would have looked instead of assuming I hadn't returned it she would have seen it was where it should be when it should have been there. There are tons of amazing and kind turo hosts. I won't be renting from Rosa again unfortunately.

If you look at the message time, we sent that message at 1:39pm Wednesday. You had already extended your trip within hours of its original end. We simply wanted to provide you a heads-up to let you know that someone just booked the vehicle hours after your return and it would not be available for another extension.
