Glen was an outstanding host from start to finish. The 2024 Honda Odyssey was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family trip. Communication was excellent throughout the rental, and Glen was quick to respond to messages.
When our plans changed, he went out of his way to accommodate a later return time and made sure we wouldn’t be penalized. He even followed up to confirm I received my reimbursement. That level of customer service is rare.
Thanks to Glen and his Odyssey, my 4-year-old was able to visit Oahu’s North Shore, and we made some great family memories. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again. Highly recommend!

Glen was a great host and prompt communication. Car was great and had the amenities that I wanted in a car for my family. Glen goes above and beyond to making sure I had the best experience with the car and any issues that I had and he was on it. Would recommend and use his service again when I come back to Hawaii
