Car was great. Need to clean out the stale cigarette smoke but otherwise solid car, easy pickup and friendly owner.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST EVER!!! Advertised the vehicle as "smoke free" and it smells like it someone has smoked in it non-stop for years. Our kids were sneezing non-stop!! Terrible. Then the host still proceeded to lie about it being "smoke free" for 2 days. Had to waste my time and spend 2 days on the phone with Turo getting a replacement. Turo even offered to help me professionally clean the car. Turo is great, this host is awful. AVOID THIS CAR AND HOST AT ALL COSTS!!! (UNLESS YOU ARE A HEAVY SMOKER)

This is a strictly non smoking vehicle, and neither we nor our family smoke. A previous guest mentioned an odor, so the vehicle was cleaned and inspected before this trip. When concerns were raised, we responded and worked with Turo, yet we were called dishonest.
The vehicle was returned with the front bumper pushed into the bushes beyond the parking space, and the fuel was not refilled. We have documentation of everything.
The van was clean and at the place at the desired time. Rating 4 stars since the van needed an oil change and kept notifying me as I turned it on. The van also had warped rotors causing the breaking pedal and steering wheel to vibrate under breaking. The other issue was the climate control van vibrated really loudly when the fan speed was set higher. It was annoying when starting the car with automatic climate when the van was hot.

Car had heavy smoke smell. Interior is not very clean. Gas Tank not at full level, makes refilling tricky.
Still giving a four star as no one’s life is easy. Hope it’s a one off quality issue.

love it！！The car was excellent! It looked great on the outside and was extremely clean inside, with a nice fresh scent. The host also provided plenty of useful accessories, including multiple charging options, which made everything very convenient. The car itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for seven passengers. Overall, it was very well equipped and a great vehicle to rent!
