The host cancelled this trip last minute. This message was automatically posted by Turo.
I want to clarify that this cancellation was the result of a Turo system glitch. I have a 3-hour advance notice buffer set on my vehicle to ensure it is always ready for guests. Unfortunately, the system allowed this booking to go through at 5:50 AM for a 7:00 AM pickup (just over an hour's notice) while I was asleep. Because the system bypassed my settings, I was unable to fulfill it. I have contacted Turo Support to resolve this technical error but they couldn't remove this review.
