I rented the Grand Carvan from Karuna for my short trip. He was very responsive and accommodating. He even helped with some changes that happened with my timeline. The car itself was in good condition and very clean. The only issue I had with the car was that the Dodge grand Caravan 2019 doesn't have Android Auto, which was my bad and had to check before booking. However, it had charger and aux cable. Everything else was great.
