Host tried to claim damage to his vehicle once returned, photos not taken and submitted to app at pick-up, unfortunately for host, video taken by renter at pick up clearly documents damage was on vehicle prior to rental. Once host made aware of video evidence, damage claim dropped. Beware, take video of all damage as there is quite a lot.....engine light goes on and off, as well as warning light and traction light, gas guzzler.
We respectfully disagree with this review. We did not accuse the guest of causing damage or attempt to pursue a false claim. We simply contacted the guest to ask if they could explain a scratch noticed after the trip, as it was not clearly visible in our own trip photos. Once the guest advised they had a timestamped video showing the mark was already present, the matter was immediately resolved and no further action was taken. We always encourage clear and documentation to avoid misunderstanding

overall was good, 3 amber lights was on, possible safety hazard.
It is only tire pressure warning sign.
This is due to winters tires installed.
