Romain est super réactif et flexible! Notre voyage a été sans encombre et agréable grâce au grand espace, bien que la voiture commence à se faire vieille. Le plein était fait, il nous a bien expliqué comment fonctionnait la voiture et ses spécificités.
La propreté était ok, même si elle aurait pu être un peu plus niquel (présence non-négligeable de poils d'animaux/cheveux sur les sièges arrière).
En tout cas, la voiture a parfaitement roulé malgré le froid, la neige et le verglas! Merci Romain :)
Merci pour ta réponse ! Effectivement à cause d' l'hiver c'est beaucoup plus difficile pour moi de nettoyer l'intérieur de l'automobile au standard attendu, surtout après le passage d'un chien d'assistance. Je suis désolé que ça ait impacté votre expérience. A bientôt et merci !
