This was my first Turo trip in Canada and my first time renting through Turo. I have always gone with Hertz in the past because I have a membership there. This time I needed an 8-seater for visiting family, and options were limited, so i went with Turo and this turned out to be an excellent experience! Edwin was very responsive via text, and the car was spotless, truly exceeding my expectations. My flight was delayed until after midnight, so in retrospect, a normal rental pickup would have been impossible. Edwin arranged a seamless self-pickup at the airport with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Absolutely no fuss from start to finish. I would highly recommend renting from Edwin!!
