I had a great trip with the car. The car was reliable and served our needs well, and service from Charles was really great. I would reach out to Charles again, absolutely. I'm removing just one star due to the interior of the van needing vacuuming and cleaning.

Car provided plenty of space for bags, ski gear and snowboards for 5 people. Would be and ideal pick for camping or ski trips with bigger groups. Only issues to note would be that the battery on key fob worked only sometimes for unlocking/locking the car and no Bluetooth on the radio or not that we could figure out. But overall good car, able for long journeys and forest roads.

Charles was a communicative host, and his messages were professional and pleasant.
This Dodge Grand Caravan served me and my family well over 10 days. Though the exterior has some marks and the interior has wear, the vehicle was delivered to us in clean and good working condition.
Pick up and drop off were contactless and smooth. The only thing I would mention is that the side doors don’t automatically open, and the icons on the key are faded, but neither was an impediment to the functioning of the vehicle.
Overall, I would rent again.
