The host was fine but the car had a multitude of issues and we had to return it causing us a huge inconvenience

Pickup and drop off could not have been easier - the van worked perfect for our family trip.

The host Hamza was very helpful and assistive. The car itself handles and drives adequate. Theres some grinding noise on high speed. The car doesnt lock remotely which was a huge bummer especially when ur travelling with kids and stroller. Also had to fiddle with the lockbox where the car key is kept to open and close it. Overall the experience was Okayish but could ve been better.

Prior to you picking up the vehicle, it was cleaned and disinfected. Regarding the grinding noise, no clients have complained regarding any noise or issue after your rental.
