There was a bit issue with the car when we were half way on our trip, luckily the host was very responsive and helpful within the same hour to help us figure it out and continue on with the trip. Overall, the van was older year but runs smoothly all along still and big bonus to have the accommodated host letting us dropping off the car past checkout time due to traffic. What else can you ask for. Would reccs !!
