I had a smooth pickup experience and the car itself was in good condition. The listing clearly stated that unlimited kilometers were included, which was one of the main reasons I chose this rental.
However, after returning the car, the host began messaging me with complaints about the number of kilometers driven, despite the “unlimited” policy. They also raised concerns about tire and brake usage, which are normal wear-and-tear items from standard driving.
This post-rental communication felt unfair and unprofessional, as it contradicts the terms that were originally agreed upon. I would advise future renters to be cautious and to document everything clearly before and after the trip to avoid similar issues.
