Overall the vehicle was good. I think the rate was a little high for the caliber of vehicle, as it is 13 years old. Could have been cleaner but given the age and the environment it was acceptable. Didn’t give me any trouble, just over priced!

Chathura was easy to work with, pick up and drop off ran smooth. The van ran well without any problems. Would rent from Chathura again.

The van is old but functions fine. It was clean on pickup. Some issues with starting on occasion - just took a few tries. Good for a family with lots of luggage. We had a flat tire at one point and both the host and Turo roadside assistance were very responsive. The host brought us a replacement vehicle within an hour, and then brought the van back to exchange that same day. I was very impressed with the care we were shown at that point.
