The van is old but functions fine. It was clean on pickup. Some issues with starting on occasion - just took a few tries. Good for a family with lots of luggage. We had a flat tire at one point and both the host and Turo roadside assistance were very responsive. The host brought us a replacement vehicle within an hour, and then brought the van back to exchange that same day. I was very impressed with the care we were shown at that point.

The car was older but very well maintained. The host was response and polite. Couldn’t ask for more.

Quite rusty but did the job! We had an issue with the fob, which they sent someone right away to get a new battery in.
