Although Rafi was accommodating with pickup and dropoff, the quality of the car was very unsatisfactory. It was very dirty, especially the interior and although Rafi offered to reimburse me for cleaning, it is not a responsibility of the guest. There was a constant noise from the mid section of the car which bothered us the entire trip and we did not receive a response after asking Rafi about it. The AC was also not working for about 30-40 minutes in peak heat.
